Customer Service Supervisor - Pools

Are you passionate about creating great customer experiences and love working in a vibrant, community-focused environment? The City of Coffs Harbour is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead frontline operations across our pool facilities.

About the role

As the Customer Service Supervisor, you'll play a key role in keeping our pool facilities running smoothly and ensuring every visitor has a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience. In this role, you will:

  • Supervise and support casual customer service staff
  • Manage bookings, kiosk sales, and reception operations
  • Deliver friendly, accurate service to pool patrons
  • Support pool programs, events, and day-to-day operations

Please note: this role operates across 7 days, being Monday to Sunday. Work performed on Saturdays and Sundays will attract shift penalties.

About you

To succeed in this role, you'll bring a mix of hands-on customer service experience, strong admin skills, and the right certifications, including:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business administration or equivalent
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Pool Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check and Class C Driver's Licence
  • Strong admin and cash handling skills
  • A positive attitude and commitment to community service
